Zelensky Thanks Trump for Resumed Intel Sharing After Starlink Dispute
Zelensky thanks Trump for resuming intel sharing after a Starlink dispute, amid ongoing Russian missile strikes on Ukraine's power grid.
World News
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked the Trump administration for restarting the flow of intelligence between Washington and Kyiv, saying the United States had "unblocked" data on upcoming Russian ballistic missile attacks that are targeting the country's energy grid.
Zelenskyy also claimed the United States had deliberately limited Starlink satellite internet access as a way for former President Donald Trump to send a "message" amid their ongoing feud. The restriction, he said, was lifted only after the dispute escalated.
The missile strikes have continued to hit power infrastructure, leaving two people dead and at least 17 injured as winter approaches.
Why It Matters
Restored intelligence sharing could improve Ukraine's defense against missile attacks, while the Starlink dispute highlights how political tensions can affect critical wartime communications.
